Suits, Blazers, Sherwani, Nehru Jacket and Waistcoat are non-refundable products. We do not offer cash refunds for these items. However, customers have the option to exchange their Suits, Blazers or Sherwani for a different size, color, or style within 14 days of receiving the order, outfits must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Alternatively, customers may opt for a credit wallet, where the equivalent purchase amount will be credited for future use on our website. Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order, and the credit wallet option is available for the equivalent purchase amount. This policy is specific to Suits, Blazers and Sherwani and is subject to our general terms and conditions.

- Placing "cash on delivery" order for fun and refusing it at the time of delivery is a punishable cybercrime. Please place "cash on delivery" order only if you want to accept the parcel.

- We provide "cash on delivery" service in India only for customers' convenience, in all other countries, we accept only online payments. Please do not misuse this service.

- Open delivery is not available. Each parcel is Seal packed and they are having insurance to Protect it from Fraud. Under this insurance policy, no one can open it before paying the full order amount. Though we have 14 days "No Question Asked" Return policy, under which if you don't like the product then you can ask for refund or exchange.
