When will I get my order?
It's really fast! We strive to deliver all our orders/products as quickly as possible. Depending on your address, delivery takes 5 to 7 working days. If you placed an order for a Customized Product, then it will take an extra 5 to 7 days to manufacture the product.
How do I place an order for a Customised Product?
We can customize your order, but customizations are not available in “Cash On Delivery orders”. Also, customisation is possible only in those items where we have mentioned “Customization is possible in this item” text just below the “add to cart” button. You need to place an order and then drop us an email at email@example.com with your custom requirements within 24 hours of placing the order.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship the order, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can click on that and track the order.
How much will the shipping cost me?
The worldwide shipping is free. There are no hidden charges.
Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?
Our shipping partner will drop you a mail or SMS before attempting the delivery. We recommend that you receive the order yourself. If it is not possible then you can ask your family member or neighbour to receive the parcel. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery.
I wasn't available at the time of the delivery, but I want my order. What do I do?
Contact our customer service executive, and we will resolve this. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
When will the sold-out product be in stock?
Generally, we do not repeat sold-out designs. We advise you to explore new arrivals, which are generally on top of the page in respective categories.
What should I do If I miss my delivery?
We understand that you can’t wait at your delivery address all the time, and that is exactly why we will try to attempt delivering your order thrice; each attempt on a consecutive day. Thus if you have missed the delivery, please do not worry, we will try to make an attempt again.
Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
If you contact us before the parcel is dispatched, then it is possible. But once the parcel is dispatched, then it is not possible as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges.
Do you take orders on phone calls?
Rarely, to avoid any confusion in the order section and payment, we do not advice to give orders on phone calls. In case you need any assistance in placing an order, then place a call to our customer service executive or drop WhatsApp Message and we’ll assure to assist you with any issues in placing the order.
Can I add more items after placing the order?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items to it. You can place a new order for the items you missed out on adding.
Do you deliver everywhere in India?
Yes, in fact, we deliver worldwide.
I need a soft copy of my invoice for my order placed with FRENCH CROWN. How do I go about it?
If so, please add a note at that time of placing an order about the invoice.
If you want an invoice after receiving the package, just give us a buzz and we'll email you a soft copy.
Can I shop for the merchandise on FRENCH CROWN Outlets or at other retailers?
No, we are available online only. Delivery is available all over the world.
Does FRENCH CROWN assure of complete refund against my cancelled order?

When do I get my exchange shipment?
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will dispatch your exchange within 2 days from our warehouse.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, can I check the package before making a payment?
All our parcels have insurance. It helps us to save the parcel from theft or change of the original item in transit. Under these insurance terms, the courier boy can only hand over the parcel if you do the complete payment. Please do not accept any package if it has tampered and the seal is broken.
Can I return the product to the delivery person if I do not like it?
Please don't do that! We have a very flexible policy where you can create a return request on our website in the “My Account” section or you can call or email our customer care team. To avoid any confusion or delay, our courier partners are advised not to accept open packages.
Why Your prices are higher than others?
We believe in offering fabulous quality at the right price upfront.
We use very high-quality materials and make a lot of effort to manage the best quality of production in the world. This does not come cheap. We have tried to keep our prices as fair as possible for customers – our prices do not account for commissions, discounts and unsold stock. We believe it’s nicer to buy fewer but buy better.
