At French Crown, we value every return as an opportunity to build trust and improve. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we encourage you to return it—because your trust matters more than anything. Our easy return process ensures a win-win: you get your money back or an exchange, and we get the chance to serve you better. Your satisfaction is our priority. Help us to earn more precious thing in our business, which is your trust, not money.

Returning with French Crown is as easy as ordering. You can place return request online in “My Account” section or you can email us at contact@frenchcrown.com or call / WhatsApp us at 9723325522 and help us know your concern.

We will schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original French Crown garment. Also note that we do not provide reverse pick-up service for order value less than Rs1000. In such cases we request you to please self-ship the product to us. You can self-ship the product using any courier service of your choice. Please share the courier receipt at contact@frenchcrown.com with your order number. 

Make sure the garment is unused and in good state. You are required to return the main product ONLY.

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to boxers, Sunglasses, and perfumes. This item is non-returnable due to the hygiene and personal care nature of the product. However, we will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at contact@frenchcrown.com from the email you placed the order with. 

Suits, Blazers, Sherwani, and Nehru Jacket/Waistcoats are non-refundable products. We do not offer cash refunds for these items. However, customers have the option to exchange their Suits, Blazers, Sherwani, and Nehru Jacket/Waistcoats for a different size, colour, or style within 14 days of receiving the order, outfits must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

EXCHANGE

Once return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.

Exchange your standard size garment with custom size garment: If our standard sizes don’t fit you and you want custom fit garment in exchange, then put your best fit garment with your French Crown garment in your return shipment and our courier boy will pick it up from your premises. We will construct your garment from the scratch according to your measurement and deliver it to you within 10 to 15 days. We will save your measurements for your future orders also.

In one order Refund/Exchange is possible for one time Only.

REFUND

A combined charge of ₹195 per item (covering restocking and reverse pickup) will apply to all returns. Once we receive your return shipment, a 100% refund will be initiated within 24 hours.

1. Online Payments: If you paid online, your refund will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 business days.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) or Partial COD Payments:

   • You will need to provide your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. The refund will be processed via NEFT or IMPS within 2–5 business days.

   • For Partial COD Payments: If you do not accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the nominal amount you paid to confirm the order will be non-refundable.

Store Credit Option: Customers may choose Store Credit or Cashback, where the equivalent amount—or even 10% more—will be credited to your account on our website for future use. This credit can be Used to purchase other French Crown products.

Please note: Shipping charges and premium packaging charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds will only be initiated once the parcel is dispatched, delivered, and the reverse pickup process is completed.

No Refunds on Clearance Items: For products purchased with a discount of more than 50%, refunds are not applicable. However, you can proceed with an exchange for a different size, color, or product of equivalent value (subject to availability). This policy applies as these items are part of our clearance sale, offered at heavily discounted prices to clear inventory for new collections.

FOR CUSTOM GARMENTS AND PLUS SIZES

We want to provide every customer a wonderful experience. However, it is not very sustainable for us to offer returns and exchanges for a custom garments and plus sizes as it is already manufactured according to your specifications and can’t be sold to anyone else. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at contact@frenchcrown.com from the email you placed the order with. We also provide a free alteration within 15 days, starting from the day you received your order.
