Make sure the garment is unused and in good state. You are required to return the main product ONLY.
To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to boxers, Sunglasses, and perfumes. This item is non-returnable due to the hygiene and personal care nature of the product. However, we will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. Suits, Blazers, Sherwani, and Nehru Jacket/Waistcoats are non-refundable products. We do not offer cash refunds for these items. Once return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.
Exchange your standard size garment with custom size garment: If our standard sizes don’t fit you and you want custom fit garment in exchange, then put your best fit garment with your French Crown garment in your return shipment and our courier boy will pick it up from your premises. We will construct your garment from the scratch according to your measurement and deliver it to you within 10 to 15 days. We will save your measurements for your future orders also.
In one order Refund/Exchange is possible for one time Only.
REFUND
A combined charge of ₹195 per item (covering restocking and reverse pickup) will apply to all returns. Once we receive your return shipment, a 100% refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
Online Payments: If you paid online, your refund will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) or Partial COD Payments:
You will need to provide your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. The refund will be processed via NEFT or IMPS within 2–5 business days.
For Partial COD Payments: If you do not accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the nominal amount you paid to confirm the order will be non-refundable.
Store Credit Option: Customers may choose Store Credit or Cashback, where the equivalent amount—or even 10% more—will be credited to your account on our website for future use. This credit can be Used to purchase other French Crown products.
